Kelowna, BC – February 23, 2018 – CoreHealth Technologies continues to expand its global reach with the announcement of its newest international customer Austria-based employee wellness and organization development company Heart2Business.
Heart2Business brings new aliveness to organizations by measuring what diminishes potential and human flourishing and what supports it. They then provide the tools and resources to course correct at the individual, team and organizational levels.
Heart2Business offer a holistic approach. This enables a multi-dimensional analysis of an employee’s lifestyle, personality and stress to provide a picture of their workforce health. Heart2Business offers a range of programs, basically including four phases:
- Preliminary Discussion which includes assessments and goal definition.
- Measurement which includes a potential survey and optional 24-hour heart rate variability measurement with an ECG device.
- Evaluation which provides the analysis of heart data including the current state of stress and relaxation, creation of a stress index, performance potential and talent profile.
- Activities which includes feedback and tailored recommendations, personalized objectives and action plan along with workshops, training and education to support achievement of goals.
