Yes, you can upgrade your service contract by contacting your customer success representative at any time.
What is the minimum number of employees for a Pro plan ?
The minimum number of employees for a Pro Plan is 5,000 users.
How long is the standard contract term ?
- A standard contract term for CoreHealth NOW and CoreHealth Checkpoint is 1-year license.
- A standard contract term for CoreHealth Pro customer is a 3-year license.
Does any of the plans require full upfront payment ?
- The implementation fees will be billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion of the statement of work.
- The annual license fees are due on the Go-Live Date and on renewal date of license. However, we can work with your team on a payment plan if required for monthly or quarterly billing for the annual license.
