Leadership Team

Olivier has more than 20 years of experience across venture capital, operations, finance, and M&A. Olivier leads finance and corporate development, bringing a rigorous, growth-minded approach to building long-term value. Before his current role, he served as CEO of a digital health company, leading transformation and growth that culminated in a successful sale in 2021.

Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at a leading healthcare venture fund, where he helped fund, manage, and exit several technology companies. He also practiced corporate law with top firms in London (UK) and Montreal, advising public and private companies on complex transactions. He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval (Quebec City).

Outside of work, Olivier is an avid runner who has completed several marathons.
