Leadership Team

A seasoned technology and operations leader with over two decades of experience, Charles is an expert at scaling high-performing teams and delivering reliable, user-centric products. At CoreHealth, he directs cross-functional execution—strategically aligning engineering, product, and operations to deliver secure, resilient, and rapidly evolving wellness solutions. Previously, Charles held technical leadership roles in software before serving as Chief Technology Officer at a transportation startup. Charles has a MSc in Mathematics from McGill University and a BMath from the University of Waterloo.

Outside of work, Charles is an avid long-distance cyclist who has completed annual fundraising rides across North America. Most recently, he cycled 680 km solo from Montreal to New York City to raise funds for Le Refuge des Jeunes de Montréal, an organization providing shelter and support to homeless young men.
