Can I upgrade my plan during my service contract?

Yes, you can upgrade your service contract by contacting your customer success representative at any time.

The minimum number of employees for a Pro Plan is 5,000 users.

  • A standard contract term for CoreHealth NOW and CoreHealth Checkpoint is 1-year license.
  • A standard contract term for CoreHealth Pro customer is a 3-year license.
  • The implementation fees will be billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion of the statement of work.
  • The annual license fees are due on the Go-Live Date and on renewal date of license. However, we can work with your team on a payment plan if required for monthly or quarterly billing for the annual license.
