Dr. Matias Golob leads the company’s wellness advisory strategy and works with clients to deliver more effective wellness programs, expand engagement, and achieve meaningful health and well-being outcomes. His approach focuses on personalization, meaningful engagement, and co-creation, helping organizations move beyond one-size-fits-all wellness initiatives.

Matias holds a PhD in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and is a recognized advocate for preventative health and health equity. Born in Argentina and raised in Canada after immigrrating at age 10, his experiences have shaped a strong commitment to improving the well-being of diverse and underserved communities.

Matias lives on Vancouver Island, BC, with his partner and two young sons. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast and adventure racer.
