What is Yaypo5?

Yaypo5 is a light, activity-based, 5-minute wellness video delivered twice every business day by email. Participants can follow the program without having to change anything about their existing routines. It’s best suited for people who sit for long periods of the day. 

How Yaypo5 Works

Yaypo5 addresses two key problems facing workers today:

  1. At specific times during our workday, research shows most of us experience low insulin and low energy levels.
  2. Studies show close to 80% of working Americans sit for at least 8 hours per day.

First, our light activity-based wellness videos are emailed to each participant at the times when low insulin and energy levels are, more than likely, impacting productivity, commitment, happiness, and creativity. Secondly, taking active breaks every hour is critical to being healthy.

The truth is, most of us are not sitting at our desks because we’re lazy. It’s because we’re busy working. At times, leaving the workstation is just not ideal. Yaypo5 allows for the activity to occur at the workstation at least twice a day. During other hours, the employee should be encouraged to walk or visit Yaypo5’s library for a wide variety of active break videos.
