CoreHealth Expands Wellness Expertise and Program Delivery with Konnected Acquisition

Today, we’re pleased to announce that CoreHealth has acquired Konnected Workplace Wellness, expanding the expertise and program delivery capabilities available to our clients.

The acquisition is an important step in how CoreHealth is evolving. For more than 20 years, our technology has helped organizations and solution providers deliver wellness programs at scale. Increasingly, we see an opportunity to support clients beyond the technology itself—helping them put wellness strategy into practice and continually improve the programs they deliver.

More Flexibility in How Clients Work with CoreHealth

Every organization approaches wellness differently. Some have established teams and resources to manage their programs independently. Others need additional capacity to handle day-to-day administration. And some are looking for a partner that can take on a more active role in program delivery.

The addition of Konnected’s wellness expertise and operational capabilities gives CoreHealth greater flexibility to support each of these models. Clients can continue to use CoreHealth technology independently, access additional Platform Administrative Services, or work with us through a more fully managed approach. This flexibility is central to our evolution as a system-enabled wellness partner—one that can meet clients where they are and provide additional expertise and support as their needs change.

Connecting Insight with Action

The acquisition also supports the broader CoreHealth Wellness System and our belief that effective wellness programs need to continually respond to the populations they serve. Assessment and health intelligence can help organizations understand where needs and opportunities exist. But those insights become much more valuable when they influence what happens next.

Bringing additional wellness and program delivery expertise into CoreHealth strengthens our ability to help clients make that connection—from understanding population needs to creating relevant experiences and continually improving their approach. As CoreHealth CEO Charles Martin shared in today’s announcement:

“This acquisition strengthens our ability to help clients move from wellness strategy to execution. By bringing Konnected’s wellness expertise and delivery capabilities into CoreHealth, we can provide clients with greater flexibility in the level of support they need and help them turn insights into meaningful action.”
